1st cycle i am not enjoying...

trial0r

New member
whats up guys. im now 6 weeks into:

wk 1-12 500sust/400eq
wk 6-12 300winny

i started winny last week.

gains have been very slow and i havent 'taken off' yet as i have in the past. ive only gained 8 lbs. so far and week 6 i gained nothing.

im worried that im going to need to start stepping up my dosages, as ive done a number of cycles before, but never gone over 500mg test/wk. im crossing my fingers hoping that its just the sust thats taking forever to kick in and ill take off soon.

anyway just kinda felt like venting i guess...any thoughts?

oh and if your wondering why i didnt use dbol...if i had a digital camera when i first tried dbol i would have loved for you guys to see my back and chest. not fun.

Well, are you 100% sure all your gear is legit? If it is then look into your caloric intake and training. All you gains are dependent on your nutrition and caloric intake.

dont up those doses, bro.. .. that looks pretty good to me. do you think your shit is weak or fake??

my shits definitely real, not only did i buy the ttokkyo products myself from a vet in mexico, but my best friend is on the same exact shit and hes gaining like mad.

my diet as usual is good...about 3000 calories a day and at least 300g of protein, low fat, moderate carbs.

i guess i have no choice, just a bit depressed, by now im usually shitting myself with happiness, hence the subject "1st cycle i havent enjoyed"

3000 callories is what I eat when im cutting and most of the people on this board aswell!!

2500 callories is what the average male requires to mantain his weight. Now, If your weight training...thats another 500-1000 callories your burning off aswell as your normal activities.

And if you got more muscle than the average person does, which is the impression I get from the amount of cycles you done then how do u expect to gain weight eating barely enough to mantain your weight??

Personally I would up the cals 1000 - 1500. Yes thats alot and you probably don't want to put on a bunch of fat but you gotta feed the machine. As for the protien, I get at least 40 grms every 2-2.5 hrs . If its been three hrs and I haven't had my protien I start going crazy. Because of the winny in your cyc. I'm guessing your trying to cut a little and the extra cals don't sound so good.....Just do more cardio

i guess i forgot to mention that im not exactly as big as most of you

im 5'5" about 175 @ 10%

not scrawny but definitely not a giant

hey man

up your calorie intake big time..... eat alot of red meat. fuck all that chicken breast shit! also your trainning is importat it sounds as though you have a hard time gainning naturaly so make sure
you trainning is intence and focused........be sure to eat mor youll be fine.

good luck!:fro:

Everybody's right here. No where near enough calories!!! If you what to grow, you gotta feed the body.Dont be afraid of putting on a little fat. It's all worth it in the end!!!!!!!!

I know you didn't say you're consuming 3000 calories a day and have the nerve to wonder why you aren't making substantial gains. You need more than this compadre. 3000 calories is dieting levels for most serious bodybuilders. I have a friend similar in build to you, 5'6 155 show time, who dieted at 3000 calories a day. You can't build muscle mass without the resources to do so. It's like building a brick house with no bricks.

Everyone who is responding with the calorie answer is right. It takes on the average 3500 cal to maintain BMR. So you need to consume 4000 calories at least to gain. Shoot for 5000 for one week and see how things go, if after several weeks you keep gaining but your definition is starting to blur more than cut back by 500 for next week.

The most common mistake i see people make, including my self in the past, is that they start a cycle with a certaing ammount calories consumed daily, then they gain very good ammounts of weight on their cycle but usually by week 4-6 the gains slow and they are convinced it's time to switch drugs, increase ammounts or end the cycle, but usually the problem lies with the fact that most people do not increase the caloric intake in proportion to the weight gained during the cycle.

CALORIE INTAKE DURING A CYCLE HAS TO BE DYNAMIC AND NOT STATIC.
