First lets get the details outta the way, yes this would be my 1st cycle, I am a amateur mma fighter making a title defense this summer then turning pro. This will be my 5th year training 6 days a week. including work from 7-3 this is my routine,
Monday 5 am run/Lift 4pm/Bjj 7pm/MT 8pm
Tuesday 2-3 hour conditioning 8pm
Wednesday 5am run/lift 4pm/wrestling 8pm
Thursday Bjj 8pm/ MT 9pm
Friday 5am run/lift 4pm/Bjj,MT 6-9pm
Saturday Rest
Sunday Team training/sparring 4-7

weight 167-170 (Fight weight 155-145)
cal intake from 1000-4000 (depends on cut/bulk)
protein 200-400g (bulk/cut)
That said my only thoughts were test prop as this seemed the most logical to the best of my research, I will also clarify that I am a complete rookie at anything steroid related while I have destroyed my pocket on sups, even dosing amounts start to boggle my mind with mg/ml and iu or some shit so HELP!
