1st Cycle Ever.

I am contemplating my first cycle and want some advice. I am 155lbs 5'9" in okay shape but could use about ten more pounds of muscle. That is about all I want. I am leary of the needles. Don't know if I could do it. But I do drink fairly large quantities of beer and am concerned about liver complications with a pill. I read a number of the articles on this site, but admittedly the lingo was over my head. So I am turning to the board. I know nothing of steroids and would like to learn as much as I can before taking this step.

For 10lbs, all you have to do is stop drinking beer, and workout hard, you will put that 10lbs on pretty fast bro. If you want those 10lbs, you have to get the priorities straight.

Just no drinking, and lift hard and you will put on 10lbs.
 
first off alcohol will compromise your goals. Before you make a comitment to use steroids you need to make the comitment to stop drinking or at least limit it to a beer or two which can be very hard. Second off with orals you have a tendancy to gain good amounts of weight. You could easily gain 10lbs of d-bols, but the problem lies in keeping those gains. You could spend 100-200 dollars on a d-bol cycle gain 10lbs and then lose almost all ten lbs after you stop using them. If you did a mild cycle of sustanon or eq you could gain 10-15lbs easily and keep 80% of what you gain. Make sure you do your research and use the search for any questions you may have.

Anyway, he said he wants 10lbs, not 30lbs.

I would recommend a straight Primobolan or Deca cycle. Follow my link to do some more research before you do something you regret.
 
I'm with ItalMonster... granted, you may not want to give up drinking beer, but if you're going to do a cycle then be prepared to stop drinking for at least 8-10wks.

As you didn't include your stats, I'm not sure what your current program, if any is. But a couple of things to consider:

1) Will you be able to dedicate time to work out (if you don't currently)

2) Will you commit to a good diet

If you can do these two things and put the breaks on the beers for 2 months, then you can easily put on 10lbs with a light cycle.

You could gain ten lbs of quality muscle by losing the empty carbohydrate intake with the beer, that stuff is pure poison to muscle tissue. After you've lost 5 lickety split when you quit beer, hit the weights, and bang down a bunch of protein. Right now, you have no right to juice...build as much muscle as you can through a good solid weightlifting regimen. You might want to supplement with creatine and glutamine, but hold off on the juice until you have a muscle base, and have learned much much more about AS. Then you'll want 30 POUNDS OF MUSCLE!
 
One guy said wait untill winter when partying will be less. It is not realistic to cut beer out during the summer! I live in a beach party community and it's my first summer here. I would like to bulk up over the summer, but I may wait if I have to. Assume that alchohol is in the mix does that rule out a cycle?
 
If you are going to drink while you are on a cycle, you are wasting your time and money. Do your research before you juice. You'll be surprised with the gains you can make just by quitting drinking and lifting hard.

This may not be the best time to go on a cycle. If this is your first summer at this beach party community, somthing tells me that you aren't going to get enough sleep (7-8hrs/night), eat right (5-6 meals/day) or train enough (5x/wk). Slap on top of this the stress on your liver from the AS and booze and you'll be lucky to see/keep any gains.

Just my $0.02.
