1st Cycle - Deca alone

For budget reasons, a buddy and myself are going to start our first cycle shortly. Only, we didn't stack. We're going to do a cycle of Deca by itself and I'm wanting to find out your opinions on this. We will be doing 10 cc's of Deca over the course of 10 weeks, 1 cc per week. 300 mg = 1 cc

We are both roughly 160 lbs and work out 5 times a week on rather archaic equipment at home. We can get everything in, but the gym has better gear of course. We don't do a lot of supplements because of the funds situation, but we take whey protein throughout the day. Our diets are pretty average because again, food is expensive ;p But if we are working out religiously through this cycle, and taking protein to supplement our diets, what kind of gains can we expect to see.

I haven't maxed out in a bit because my bench at home is like, forced widegrip because the arms that catch the bar are too far out to hold the bar like normal. But I'm guessing I could probably hit 230 right now on regular bench press.

Your not ready to cycle. Growth requires correct training, and FOOD which you probably can't buy{If your financial situation is what you say it is}. Deca is a terrible drug to run alone IMO.

You and your buddy are just not ready.
 
160lbs ? how tall ? Forget about it anyway. Yeah, deca alone can be a good cycle (many here will disagree) but I doubt you reached your "plateau" yet...
 
5'7 160.. We have good training, we've been working out for about 4 years and started off in the gym. Our equipment just isn't up to par. The only thing I'm guilty of is not eating enough, but I'm gonna do what I can to remedy that.

As far as not being ready to juice, I've been looking at it for a year now. And no offense, but I'm the one who is going to make that call which is why I posted the question regarding what type of gains I could see. If they're going to be crappy, then yeah, I'm not ready and I likely won't do it. But if I can get what I want, then sweet.
My goal is to hit 190 in the next 2 or 3 years, I'm not trying to be a monster, although 5'7 190 is pretty stacked.
 
Save your money and eat more. You need to work out properly and eat properly. Once you have done that and taken it as far as it can go... then you can think about AAS. You are setting yourself up for a big disappointment. If you are not eating enough... You will lose everything you gain and be right back where you started!

There is a lot missing from this... Knowledge being #1.
Eat more, eat correctly and get to a real gym... Jeff Everson once said something like this... "I will give a million dollars to anyone who can make the Olympia training on machines alone. They can take all the juice they want too. It will never happen".
So you are training on a machine, not eating right/enough and want to grow! AAS will not make that happen.

Actually, we're doing all free weights with the exception of some back and some shoulders. I'm 23, and I'm not sure what "pct" means, can you please elaborate? I'm sorry if I wasn't clear, but our workout is pretty solid man, we just don't have all the equipment we would like to have. Like Manny said earlier, I haven't reached a "plateau" yet, but is that absolutely neccisary before you juice?
 
Ahh another person who refuses to do any research and expects 30 lbs from a deca only cycle with no gym and no food. I say, if you have the deca sell it to buy food and a gym membership.

I usually tell newbies; "Hey if your gonna do it, your gonna do it, so I will help with advice" In your case you will do more harm than good.
