1st cycle... comments?

Alright, I posted this with a question after that I guess pushed the limits too much... I'd still like to know what people think about this cycle for me:

I know I'm really new to the forum but I wanted to get some advice on a few things. I've been thinking about running a cycle for a while now. For the past few months I've been reading everything I can so I don't do something wrong or stupid and f*ck myself up somehow.

I'm thinking of doing:

Weeks 1-10 500mg Test E - two injections per week @ 250mg with 10mg a day Nolvadex
Weeks 11-12 EAT!
Weeks 13-14 40mg Nolvadex per day
Weeks 15-18 20mg Nolvadex per day
10mg a day until I feel normal again...

A simple cycle of test to begin with and nolvadex to ward off the bitch tits Does anyone think the nolvadex during the cycle will slow my gains? If so, I guess I'd just have it on hand in case.

I'm 19 years old (I know I know, too young in everyone's opinion)
I've been lifting since I was 13 and over the years I think I've learnt alot. I've gone from being a curl/bench jockey to having a solid routine based on compounds and having my diet dialed in.

I recently finished a cut where I went from 176lbs to 164lbs. I dieted for 2.5 months and lost 12lbs, 5% body fat (from 15 to 10) and only about a pound of lean body mass.

My cutting diet worked great obviously. I was doing 1.5g of protein per pound of LBM and .5g of fat per pound of LBM and filling the rest of my calories with carbs. My bulking diet is essentially the same filled with more carbs and protein.

My goals for the cycle are essentially to gain a crapload of strength and put on some LBM and hold on to it afterwards as much as I can.

You're one of the only cases where I have seen an effort by the user to do something before jumping on a cycle. You are right 19 is too young, but I'd like to ask you a question. What kind of diet will you be running on this cycle to support your goal of gaining LBM?

Overall, if I had to put your age aside, add .5mgs arimidex ED, and you can keep the nolva at 10mgs. Nolvadex doesn't inhibit gains, that's just a myth started by Dan Duchaine.

If you can show me a good diet, and we can work that out as something feasible, then we can talk more about cycles.
 
I started at 19 and id do it all over again. I put myself on a seefood diet. I would even say 250mgs would be good but do the liquidex as X said tho if doing 500mgs as you dont know how much youll bloat. Id do .25mgs tho myself ed.

Well I don't have anything exact planned out right now. I'm a university student and am currently living in residence. I am on a full meal plan so I don't really have the option of buying too much food to cook on my own. I track what I eat most days on www.fitday.com. Here's what I ate on a day during my last bulk:

Most days were similar to that. I know I was eating the cleanest but it's hard to do on a meal plan :rolleyes:

I'm going to be pipelining this summer away from home and obviously will have to (get to :p) cook all my meals... I'm going to aim for around 4000cals again, getting protein from steaks, chicken, tuna, eggs, etc. and supps when I need it. Fats will come from nuts and olive oil mostly, will most likely take some fish oil tabs. Carbs from oats, potatoes, and rice... Probably also lots of gatorade/powerade (the powdered stuff) as I will be doing manual labour outside all day and will easily burn the high GI carbs.

Like I said, nothing too specific at all. I plan on putting together a more indepth plan when I get out to where I will be working and see what exactly I have access to.
 
i started lifting at 13 also.. and did my first cycle about 9 years later at 22. 23 now. So yes u do have experience. i comend u for being honest. looks like you did some research. some will say to wait 3-5 years, but im sure you'll jump on. 10 weeks is good, but for my first, i did 12. and i started pct 7 days after my last injection. i think you should start pct a lot sooner if u do this. not that I condone this, but for your balls sake
 
Hey I did not read anything besides your cycle layout but for a first cycle thats right on the money bro! good luck...now i might go take a looksee at what else your wrote.

Yeah begin your PCT wk 11.5 with nolvadex at 40/40/20/20/10.

just read your last post... ask if u can buy chicken and steak,cut it up and see if your cafe can cook it up for u for no charge... i know my cafe could do the same.. u would save u money and bad cals. also a hot pot would be good for some rice... and a microwave would be good for heating up sweet potatoes... there ya go bro, no excuses now

I will look into that for next year... But right now I have very little money to spend on food. I have my meal plan card but I can't get real money off that. We're not allowed any kind of hot plates or anything in the dorms. We have a microwave that I use to make oatmeal lots of mornings.

I've done a whole lot better than alot of people in my dorms... The "freshman 15" is no joke! :evil:

5'9" --> I haven't grown since I was 16 or 17... I'm already 4inches taller than my dad and 7inches taller than my mom... I doubt I've got anymore in me :rolleyes:
 
Eat everything in site in the chow hall. thats what i did in college. Just make sure to drag your ass there for breakfast. Then eat like a can or two of tuna and youll be all set.

I feel your pain I'm only 5'8 bro. Do you have a pretty big frame or are you small boned and such? Whats your current weight?

pain? u guys gain 10 lbs and people notice... i gain 10 lbs and people go, "oh, did u get a haircut", lol

I have a pretty big frame... I'm only 165lbs right now but at 10%bf so I'm not doing too bad I don't think. It would be awesome if after my cycle while bulking then maintaining and eventually cutting I could be at 180lbs 10%bf.
 
Well if you do have a pretty big frame and only 165 lbs I would suggest getting up to 180 before you cycle but thats just be bro. I'm 5'8 and have a pretty big frame and am around 200lbs most was 215lbs and I started around 180lbs. Trust me bro eat big train hard and you will get to that 180 before you know it and you cycle will be twice as bad:)!
 
Alright... So basically add in some Arimidex at 0.25 - 0.5mg a day and I'm pretty much set...

What would be the benefits of going with 0.5mg versus only 0.25? I'm guessing I would continue for PCT also?

Arimidex, from what I know, lowers estrogen levels... Any further info on it?
 
Run .5mgs of armidex daily run it into PCT for 2wks at .5mgs then drop it down to .25mgs and run it untill PCT is stoped.

cycle looks solid w/ the adex. GLAD to see that you have done your research. i started too ealier too, so be safe. as ufc said, another 20lbs and youll look real solid
