Im 35 and about to finally take the plunge and start a cycle. I do combat sports and my bodies taking a shit kicking. Im just not bouncing back like I used to and im getting injured too often.
Im 6'5 245ilbs, dont have an accurate measure of bf but im tight and muscled everywhere with some stubborn fat in the mid section.
Im looking to gain explosive power and speed and of course I wanna look good too.

1-12 hcg 250iu 2xwk
Possibly proviron wk 1-9

Was going to follow swales protocol and take nolva for a month a week after last inject, but after reading needto's sticky on pct, I dont want to touch it if I dont have to.
Would substituting Var for EQ be better? I know everybody says test only on first cycle but but my joints and tendons are important.
Any advice on the cycle and pct would be much appreciated!
