1st cycle advice

been bb for 2 years strong, eating pretty clean for the most of that 2 years. goal is increase strentgh and size. looking to put on 20lbs im new to gear and have been reading for a little while now and i think im ready to start my first cycle and what pct for it. im 210lbs 5'11 17%bf i know i can get dbol test deca clomid nolva id like to do a 8-10 week cycle, which of these would u suggest and how much of it, any helpful advice welcome. thxs for your time
 
How old are you ? Just a curious question. As for the cycle, something simple like 500mg/Week of Test for 10 weeks with Clomid for your PCT should suit you very well. Have Nolva on hand in case you start to feel or see any signs of gyno. With a solid diet, that should get you what your looking for. Some may say to train natural for a little longer as 2 years of training is really not all that much but if your going to do it, then I'd like to see you do it right/safe. For a first cycle I like low test amount and low deca, seems perfect with anti-e, pct


You could get nice gains with 400mg per week of Deca and the same amount of test.
 
do not ever run the same ratio of test to deca. run it 2/1. 500mg of test if you run 250 deca. i would highly suggest getting near 10% bf at least 12 before you do anything. there is no sense in cycling if you do not have diet dialed in. i'd run 400mg of test with 200mg of deca ew or just 400mg of test ew. you really dont need much gear to grow just food
 
i ran 250mg ew of test for 14 weeks. gained 25 lbs. and after three weeks since last injection and a solid pct in place, i'm still up 20lbs. go small doses and only 1 compound for your 1st cycle. maybe throw in some var or winny near the end. good luck and read alot before buying or doing anything. ask questions too.
 
im 22 i know its a bit young still but i think im ready, and i have been bb for 4 years but the first 2 were on off diet and time, because of my old job i was going for 2-3weeks at a time. now im going to be home and have the time to eat and train right i think im ready. thxs for all the imput. i was down at 13% bf, so my diets not to bad. do you guys think i should try and lower my bf % before starting my cycle, i was planning on doing a cutting cycle after this one if it doesnt matter to much. once again any info welcome thxs
 
yeh bro 17% little high to start a bulk strength cycle get down a little more like 15%max before strating
 
Test is best


Test E 500mg (250mg 2x a week) 10 weeks

I doubt you need HCG for this cycle but if you do stop it before you begin PCT
PCT starts 12-14 days after last shot ( if you are using Test E)

PCT I just run Nolva at 40/40/40/20
 
You will not gain 20 pounds of LBM in 14 weeks or 28 weeks for that matter, using 250mg/wk. You may gain that much weight but not muscle.
I suggest, as others have, that you use 500mg/wk of test. Start with dbol to get things going and for fun. Use AIFM throughout the cycle and PCT. You won't need Nolva if you have AIFM.
And BTW you won't add 20 pounds of LBM using 500mg/wk either. But you may get 8-10.
