No pain with the needle going in, but after I injected the stuff in, WOW. I feels like I got vise grips on by bi's.
They do look big and swollen now though

first time i injected 1ml of fina in my bicep i felt the exact same way. I started doing 0.5ml per bicep after that and the pain dissapeared.
