19 Years old. Natural Gyno - Need Advice!

Hey guys let me explain my situation. I am 19 1/2, 5"11, naturally thicker and 205 lbs. Up until I was 14 I was extremely active, I'm very athletic and was playing sports 6/7 nights a week. I quit hockey at 14 and got a computer, the rest is pretty much what you'd expect. I've been pretty inactive for the last couple of years, I don't have a naturally fast metabolism and I've gained weight. Sometime after I stopped excersizing I guess fat naturally seated itself into the chest area. My nipples are pretty soft and squishy, but under it's harder. They can be fairly pronounced. I really find that they can sometimes become smaller, after a shower my nipples sort of deflate or if I haven't eaten yet in the day. I basically haven't worn a t-shirt in public for the last 3-4 years and really have no motivation to update my wardrobe. I need self confidence back.

It's been several years now and I really think that there is more to my case of Gyno than being ~25-30 lbs overweight.

I really want to take action, I'm fed up with being self conscious and afraid to take off my shirt. It's been a pretty large burden on my life and I don't want want to miss out anymore.

- I definitely need excersize, that is without a doubt. I just don't know if excersize alone will eliminate my noticeable "man boobs"

After scanning through some other Gyno threads there's a lot of suggestion towards medications/hormones. Is there anything known to help in these situations? I'm going to change my eating habits and start a fitness regiment but by the look and feel of my chest I really think it's a larger issue than excess fat.

If it helps I can post pics to give a clearer idea, let me know.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Shoot needtogetaas a pm bro...if he don't respond right away don't worry he's very busy but he ALWAYS responds back and he's helped lots of people with gyno

My friend you cant or rather should I say you should not run nolvadex with the letro as they hinder each others abilities to do what they are designed to do.

Now You used anadrol and this drug not only causes gyno from increased estrogen but also for some people it can cause progesterone like gyno from receptor cross over. I would use the letro first 2.5mg every day for a week and then asses how it is working after the first week. If your gyno starts to decrease in size then you can start to taper the does down each week. droping down to 1.25mg every day for a week. Then 1.25mg every day the following week. Then switch to nolva 20mg every day and drop the letro. Then the week after that drop nolva down to 10mg every day and then drop the nolva.

This will reduce and or get rid of your gyno and also prevent rebound.

This is a message he sent another guy on here with gyno
