18% down to 10% in 12 weeks. is it possible?

ive lost 38 pounds of mostly fat and a little water weight in 12 weeks,i dont know my bofy fat though

ive changed my diet and in one week ive gone from %18.5bf down to %17.0bf which means ive lost 3lbs (am currently 196lbs)

though ive got a body fat monitor and check it most mornings. havent been using AS only a simple ECA stack... by the end of the month i should be down around %13/14...
