Started on the 9th @220# probably about 13%bf. Bench was about 315 for 2 after 5 sets.
as of today 251# I have gained 30# but really not visibly bloated! My arms have gone from 16.75" to 18" legs have lso grew over an inch. so has everything else!! Still have as much definition as when i started and believe it or not have not even touched my AIFM !! I know most of this is water weight but for some reason i am not getting that soft puffy look at all. Saturday will be 3 weeks. when I get to 4 weeks I will post acouple before and now pics Still waiting for the test E and tren E to kick in at about 3 1/2 weeks. Strength is going up quicker than I had expected Bench went from 315 for 2 day i started. on the sunday that just passed I got 315 for 10 (no problem) Squat is about the same i cant go real heavy with them because i have heirn discs but still doing 3 sets of 315 for 6 ( not real heavy but hurts my back horribly) I figure at week 4 I will be about 265# Eating @ least 5k cals day & app. 300+g protein seems to be working staying pretty lean and should only get leaner when the tren starts helping out I will keep everyone posted
