i hear you. i look good in a tight shirt except for my damn nipples jutting out. i'm using yohimburn/bromo/femara with my cycle right now (only anavar AAS wise).........hope to have them under control by two months. GOD was very cruel giving us this useless ability to grow breasts of a 15 year old girl.

yeah, i always had a problem with it naturally since teen years. but PH's and AAS only made it worse. it does suck to be natural and have steroid related side effects. that is REALLY cruel.

I'm going to look into gettin it removed this winter. I've been saying this for a couple years now but have always been scared it would look worse after surgery. Also didn't want to not be able to work out for that period of time, but fuck it, I'm over it, I can't take this shit anymore. It's coming out!!

I am really weird about it....seems like I get it fairly easily when I go anywhere over 500mg of test per week....if I wait til the end of the cycle, I have a lump under the nip....yet two tabs of nolvadex has it gone in one week. Weird..lucky I guess.

Yep I'm almost positive mine was there before I started my cycle. I had a lump there in my 2nd week of deca so I'm sure it wasn't that. Did get another lump from the deca though. Both areas around my nips feel like a fucking motorcross track with all the bumps in them

Yeah bro my surgery went great. I had gyno when i was 14-15 years old. I always wondered why i had a lump under my nipple. As for surgeons, I was lucky enough to know an awsome surgeon, He actually did Pam Andersons reduction.

But sure, hook me up with the info.With surgery, if you get the lumps removed, you will still have some small lumps under the nipp that is scarr tissue. If you have lipo done also, they wont remove all of the fat, but a good amount of it. Its better to be at an average BF percentage if you get the lipo, because that way after the lipo the chest fat will be in proportion with the rest of your body and when you cut down, especially with some yohimburn and an anti-e, you will get rid of most of the chest fat.
The worst part about gyno isn't the hard lumps or the fat though. Its the part that can't be fixed with the surgery - puffy nipples. This is what makes a person with gyno not good in a tight shirt or tight tank top. If anyone ever finds a cure to puffy nips, it would be a godsend. Nipple piercing could be an option.

ive got a friend who just had gyno removed from one nipple(not as related).i was under the impression(and so was he) that they simply make an incision around the nipple, remove the tissue, and all you end up with is maybe a small unnoticeable scar. Well, he woke up with 75% of his nipple gone! theres only the small bottom portion left- the rest is cavitated scab/scar tissue-nothing resembling a nipple-no tip or anything. Also he had a small hole in his side near his arm where they had inserted a tube for drainage. Now im not sure whether this is a botched job, or whether it was necessary due to the severity of the gyno, but it freaked me the fuck out!! who else has had the surgery?
