I weigh 165, i can bench 330 for one rep (with a benchpress shirt 352), so i think i could bench 165 for at least 30-40. But i really havent tried it for a long time, i shall try it next time i do benchpress. I have been competing in benchpress and powerlifting for 4 years. Swedish junior champion 2 times, to brag a little.
