16 weeks enough time off?

I did a 10 week cycle of test 250, 500mg per week for 10 weeks. Took 2 weeks off an then a 4 week pct so 16 weeks in total. Can I wait 16 weeks an do another cycle or should I give it more time.

Im gonna keep the test e the same 500 mg per week. Im just gonna add in tbol 60 mg per day for 6 weeks to kickstart. This will be my 2nd cycle so im trying to keep it simple.

That should be plenty of time, but the only way to know for sure is with blood work
