Ok guys so it's nearing that time again. I still have some time to wait so im using it to plan out a smooth cycle. last time I ran a test cyp 600 wk, var 50ed. also ran a 10 mo gh run. that's just now coming to an end. I was impressed with the recomp and size I started seeing last time on a 12wk and would like to try and achieve a little more this time.
I had anast., hcg, forma during and used clomid, forma, unleashed, post cycle for a smooth pct.
This time I'm wanting to stay with the test cyp 600wk(300x2) and I'm not sure on the doses primo(bolan). I've done some research and I was thinking about running 600 but I'm really looking for feedback on it. Also I did pick up some tren ace but I'm on the fence with it and just might wait until my next run just for the sake of getting a little more experience under my belt. My goals are definitely trying to change my comp again. add some size, then tone and trim some bf.
my diet last time was between 3500-4000 cal but I'll admit trying to get the 4000 all clean was tough so I did have some cheat meals throughout the week, but otherwise it was fairly clean(no processed or junk). Any feedback or advice on doses etc would be awesome. I don't mind doing some research if you guys have any old posts you think I should be reading but at this time I'm trying to filter out some of the common discussion and boil down solid advice or experiences.
