16..NOT going to do roids...need a good weight diet

I guess I wont do any steroids at all now..ill wait...but I do still need to get really strong and gain weight (not fat)...could someone please put together a good diet for me?..a DETAILED one please? it would be very appreciated
 
Well wiseass,

Since you are the same guy i was going to suggest you just ask your brother for dieting tips since he seemed to be into lifting. But you kicked his ass when you found his stash ( Or so you say).
 
Eat a lot of meat, eat a lot of good carbs, rice, oat meal, sweet potatoes. Drink LOTS of milk. Get good fats, natural peanut butter or other nuts , flax, fish oil if you can. Don't overtrain either, lift 3-4 times a week. LOTS of protein and carbs, get big now, get lean later. and if you want good advice, drop the attitude.
 
Easy fellas... in all fairness I don't think he came off with a 'bad' attitude. He simply asked for some advice...

Whatever he may have said somewhere else should be beside the point...
 
The only reason i even asked if it was same guy was in his original post over at Anabolex he said he was in for the summer from college. Here, his post is labeled 16 ( as in he is 16yrs. old and looking for a diet and not using any AAS). The name looked familiar but the age difference didnt make sense and this is why i asked if it was same guy/same post.

Icer2k taking offense only leads me to believe his post over at Anabolex was either bullshit or he was the 16yr. old taking Dbol w/ no ancillary drugs and just wanted info w/ out looking like a ass.
