15 weeks test -E PCT

hello PPl,
I did search around, didnt want to bother but i need some specific information.
So,my first Test -E cycle was fine, but PCT was conmpletely fucked up (got a really bad allergia from Nolva lost all my libido and gains in week2 PCT),so O WAY NOLVA, this now is my second cycle,looked like this:

I took A-dex 0.5 EOD.
Firts question is should i wait 1 or 2 weeks between cycle and PCT?
I was planning for a Unleashed/Post Cycle/Tribulus PCt but the problem is
it hasnt arrived yet (more then 3 weeks) or maybe there was a problem with the shipping, 1 week after cycle passed, so I think I should begin PCT, I live in Europe , so if it should be reshipped, I must take something else, no way will it arrive in time.Should I take Adex for PCt ( I know I should be takin it anyways if needed (want to know how i find out when its needed?), how should I take it for PCT. I can get Tribulus/ Aswhagandha/Awenna ( as in Unleashed)from the Herb Store, can I combine Adex with them for PCT somehow? (afraid of Clomid)

Start your pct 2 weeks after you last pin. Adex works best for the first two weeks after last pin to combat a rise in estro and wont interfere with nolva that much. at this point i would be doing some serious research to find substitutes for unleashed and such or else you are going to have a meaning less and frustrating cycle (always have the PCT before the fun stuff comes in the mail IMO bud next time). Look around your hood for test raising substances that are natty and get your hand on nolva if you can and fast, its kind of hard to obtain stuff at the point that you are at, but if you can get nolva you will really make at least some kind of meaningful pct.
