25 lbs in 4 weeks

All this is documented:
- I started natty, about 8 weeks ago at 190 lbs. Dropped to 180 in 2 weeks hittin it hard. I've been consuming 4000+ cals ed and 250g a protien. After 2 more weeks put on 10 lbs back. After 4 weeks natty. I'm right back at 190, but lost a lot of fat.

At this stage I get pinched cause I want proof that I'm a f!#king mean machine!

I was tested by the owner of the club, he is certified(so am I), and is also a bber.(so he knows what he's doin) Weighed in at 189 at 9%bf. I'm 6'0", 30yrs old.

At the 4 week mark, goin into week 5 I start hittin Diana, good for almost emmidiate 10lbs(like 5 days). -I don't need or want smack talk about bloat, I know, just wait for the pics.

Still waiting on the rest of my gear at 6 weeks. Those of you on here I posted about this. Gear shows up middle of week 7. Mast, and Ethan. I put both of them to work right away. I'm now in week 8 of routine, but only been 'on' for about 4 weeks. I weighed in today at 206. That 17lbs from where I started from, but 26lbs from lean weight at end of week 2 before I started gear.

I'm just startin to feel this shit!

For those of you who are new... Normally at this point I would get clean and be happy with my gains, but the mast is just startin to work and Ethan is a long ester and I just started feelin it.

We've had lots of discussions in the past about good gains. As I stated in those threads. I cycle once a year, and only for a few weeks.

Pics will be posted at end of cycle. about 3 more weeks.

Oh! training!:
less than hour, 4 days in a row, with three in a row off.
every body part once each week, with two muscle groups being hit twice each week, with those two being alternated each week so everyone gets their turn at goin twice.

I call BULLSHIT, but then again, I am just jealous! Good for you bro!
 
Not to rain on your parade bro. I always look better the first month off cycle. For me it takes about 3 months to start shrinking. And yes, we all will loose most of our gains over time.
