im 17 now and started juicing when i was 16. im not trying to front like it was the right thing to do becasue i know as well as everyone else it wasnt. i lifted before juicing and didnt gain shit. even on juice i can have some trouble gaining. this was the reason i started and i do not regret it, although i might later on down the line. one thing i think is pretty important for young people set on juicing it to get educated before doing it. i researched a fucking long time and know more than alot of people on this board.
