You bench 150lbs don't you? That's pretty impressive for your age. I know guys in there 20's who don't even come close to that.

And that Norandrol stuff or whatever it is, is a hormone. It is a steroid, but it's so weak that it's sold OTC. It's just as dangerous as Steroids but it doesn't give you 1/20 th of the results.

It's Trash. Also, stop wasting your money on HMB. It's not worth it. Get some glutamine instead and a GNC MULTI-VITAMIN.

I know what you go through because I was the same way, I kept looking at myself and I didn't like what I saw.

Pick up some books and start reading on BBing, routines, proper exercise forms...

This is the best thing you can do. If you'd like, I'd be willing to help you design a diet and Training routine, that's what I'm good at anyway...

You have read over 100 replies. I never say anyone say it was safe to go ahead and do it. Many experienced people have given you great info, if I were you i would listen. I wouldnt even bother with pro hormones or any of that. I would get four things: Creatine, Protein, Glutamine, and Multi-Vitamins.

If you train hard and stick to it, let your life revolve around it day and night, you WILL see results. When you turn atleast 18 or 19 then you can THINK about it, until then, just build a great base.

If I was you I would take creatine like this. 15grams a day 7days on then 7 days off. do that forever I got good results from that, also make sure it is creapure. Take some ala with your creatine 600mg at least a day(makes you look huge in the gym). Then get you some ginger root(it will help you absorb your protein that you get from your food). Get some E/C/A's like stacker2(something light) only take it when you work out ,It will get oyu jacked up. Optimum nutrition has some cheap protein too. You should get pretty big off of that stuff.

I think this definitely beats AS plus you will get good results too..


PS you don't have to use the ECA, it only helps the workout.
