Bro all I have to say is please don't do this to yourself at such a young age. I am 20 now and to think where I was when i was 14 I was 5'8" at maybe 127lbs. Just starting 8th grade football and weight training. I disliked seeing myself only able to bench 100lbs, buy hey I was 14!!!!!! As the years passed and I kept to a somewhat constant routine I didn't gain much weight. At 5'9" and 160lbs now I haven't gained much weight but I am a hardgainer, probably just like you, but my strengh has gone through the roof naturally. In HS I was one of the strongest guys for my weight. I could out lift most guys who weighted 175-200lbs. I never really took suppliments when I was in HS eithor and my diet was all but horrible(junk food, beer, lots of beer). I tried creatine for a while but with all the stuff I had going on I didn't like it. It just dried me out, I didn't drink enough water. But think if I would have taken creatine right and dedicated myself to eating and working out right I would be a heck of a lot stronger with some more lbs. too. I am just now scratching the surface of AS. I have been working out for 5 good years and my gains would come but seemed like they would take for ever. So even now I have only been taking creatine everyday and some other suppliments and I am still making slow gains. I then decided that I had hit a plateau. I was benching 275, squating 410, leg pressing 650 and deadlifting 445. I felt strong for 160lbs but wanted to push it some more. I finally decided to take AS about a month ago. I am still taking the safe side and doing creatine/anavar. Thats it!!!!! I ask you PLEASE,PLEASE take all these warnings seriously!! You have so much NATURAL potential, take advantage of it while you can, don't mess it up and your body/life!!!! It's just not worth it.
