12 week Test/EQ/Winny

Hey guys, I'm starting a cycle soon using Test/EQ/Winny(oral). I haven't gotten my gear yet so feel free to make any suggestions!

Weeks 1-12 Test Enth@400mg/week
Weeks 1-12 EQ@500mg/week
Weeks 6-12 Winny@50mg/ED

pct Clomid/nolva

I was thinking of adding tren to weeks 1-6 cuz I love the shit. I'm 28 5-11 185 @10%bf. 32" waist 17"arms. My goal for this cycle is to be 195# and have a BF of 6-7. My dieting will be insanely strict and clean. With these goals am I looking at the right typs of gear? I was also thinking TEST/TREN/WINNY/T3/CLEN.

Any thoughts?

PS: Thank god for this site and sites like it. About 7 yrs ago I got ahold of a 10ml bottle of 200mg cyp, took 1 ml a week and thought I was gonna be like Arnold. >........more like Tom Arnold!!! :nopity:
 
For pct I will DO:\

Day 1 of PCT 300mg Clomid
Days 2-12 100mg Clomid
Days 13-23 50mg Clomid
weeks 1-3 1000iu HCG mon/wed/fri
weeks 1-5 20mg Nolva ED



PCT will start 3 weeks (+/- few days depending on testing) after last stab.
 
Dude if you start off loading up on huge doses of Clomid youre gonna regret it..
 
Huge doses of clomid are gonna make you act like a woman with mood swings and you will most likely think your in a combat zone with all the tracers you will start seeing. I was getting tracers from 100mg everyday. Use HCG,nolva and AIFM you will be alotbetter off. IMHO I would bump the test to 500 and EQ to 600.
 
Thanks for the feedback. I'm about to order my gear and here's what I plan on.

Enantest 250 (5000mg total)
Equibold 200 (6000mg total)
Methandrostenolone
Winstrol

I could either do 500/600mg for 10 weeks or 400/500mg for 12 weeks. I will up my order to 7500mg test and 8000mg eq if you guys think it necessary, but I would rather not. I also have on order Arimidex and clomid. Nolva is on hand.

A-dex @ .5mg EOD throughout

This is where I got the dosages from. I assumed this would be good information. I belive my cycle will have effected my body in a way that is described in this post and would need the dose that is recemmended. What am I not understanding?

Started yesterday with
40mg D-BOL.
250mg EnanTest
300mg EQ

Cycle will look like this:
weeks 1-4 40mg/day dbol
weeks 1-12 500mg Test/week
weeks 1-12 600mg EQ/week
L-DEX 1mg ED throughout
clomid/nolva PCT

All are stallion labs products.
 
One week in and feel good. Great pumps and look and feel bigger......but my weight went down?!?! I started at 195.8 and I'm now at 195.0 I weigh myself same time in the morning before breakfast.

Here's what I'm eating-everyday is similar:

Breakfast:
6 egg whites 1 yolk
1/2 cup brown rice
2 strawberries

Mid-Morning snack:
V8
1/2 cup turkey breast (not sure how many ounces. 1 cup shredded breast not packed down is 43g protein so 21 this meal)

Lunch:
1/2 cup turkey breast
3/4 cup brown rice
Protein shake (24g protein)

Mid-Afternoon snack:
2 strawberries
1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 cup turkey

Dinner:
2 tortilla shells (wheat, no enriched or bleached flour)
1/2 cup chicken
2 strawberries
3 tbls salsa

After workout snack:
Whole wheat bread(24g carbs, 7 protein, 2 fat)
1/2 cup turkey
10 almonds

Before bed: (this might be a no-no, I'm not sure)
1/2 cup chicken
 
Drink more protein shakes. Try drinking at least three on top of the meal regimen you have. Two scoops though not one in each shake so you get around 40 grams. For weight gain I add whole milk not water. Im a hardgainer.

I went on fitday.com and entered all my food intake into the program. I'm only getting 2000 calories. I feel like i'm eating like a horse! I'll add the shakes and I have to find a way to down that dry ass brown rice. Thanks for the hit snow.
 
Yeah, you need way more protein!!! TWO SCOOPS EACH ONE> Try a high calorie protein shake instead of a regulare one. I saw optimum nutrition has a high calorie one..something like 1200 or 1600. I was taking the gainer and it had about 600 calories per shake. Any of the proteins that say gainer or mass on them them. I.E. progainer, masstech, etc... Drink a casein shake right before bed too so you have a slower acting protein in your gut all night. That way you have protein consumption for about six or eight hours while sleeping. I noticed your "after workout snack"....that should be a protein shake as your leaving the gym. This is when your body is sucking nutrients big time so give it some. Thats what they call the window of opportunity. Ive heard protein before gym creatine directly after but I drink my shake beginning on the last set of my workout which actually bosst me a little strength and I take creatine pills so I dont have to slam a nasty creatine drink right after. Get 40grams of protein directly after gym. by the time your done showering and jerking off or whatever you'll be hungry for a regular meal. At least thats how I do it; some women are cruel and do DB kickbacks bent over in front of you with the spandex on. Then all I can think about is mounting her the rest of the workout. That took me from 160 to 185 naturally and then I went to 204 on aas doing it. Ill always do it that way because it works. Check out bodybuilding.com for nutritional information. Been reading workout programs and healthy food tips on there for at least six years now.

Your clomid should be 50mgs a day 100 is too much.
 
Yeah, ive been told 100 is too much. I'll do 50. Should I do 50 the whole way through pct or should I start off with a day or two at 100? I'm not very knowledgale about PCT so I've been readin alot. Many people that "seem" to know what they're talking about say to start with a couple days at 100 then drop to 50.

I know what you mean about those crickets in spandex! Hard to keep focused, expecially with some extra test running through the system.

I've been trying to eat fairly clean while bulking. Loads of turkey, chicken, tuna, oats, brown rice, lots of greens, and supps. If I take a gainer will I go from a "linebacker" build to a "lineman" build? Might be a bad analogy, but i'm watching the playoffs right now. I basically dont want to add loads of fat!
 
16 days in and I'm in heaven. I'm debating on weather or not to end taking to 40mg/day of Dbol. I was eating about 3000 cals 40/40/20. Super clean. Bodyfat is melting away. Shoulders and BI's are blowing the fuck up. I want to add about 1000-1500cals to my day through a weight gainer, but dont want to ingest any "bad calories". Any suggestions on who makes the best high calorie protein/carb shakes? I eat as much as I can every 2-1/2 hours. Chicken/tuna/turkey; Oats/B.Rice. Just seems like I cant get enough down to get above 2500-3000 cals. I even wake up around 2-3am to down a protein shake(60g Protein) mixed with 1/2 cup OATS. (Nasty shit). :inflate:
 
I dont know if the body is capable of processing 60 grams of protein like that at once. Split that into two 30gram or two 40 gram shakes. Just add en extra shake. Oats in the shake? damn I dont think I could do that. Take some glucorell from anafit if your worried about the calories.
 
It's tuff with my job (travel M-F). Yeah, it's n ot a tastey concoction, but gets it in me. I've added "Cytogainer" (800cals in 4 scoops). I take 2 scoops in the morning 1hr b4 breakfast. And another 2 after working out. My body is looking like i'm cutting instead of bulking + your input is why i'm adding the gainer. With the shake i'm at about 4k cals. I never new it was so hard to consume calories.
 
How's this stack working? I'm going to start a very similar cycle at the end of this month (25 dbol wk1-4, 500 test-e wk 1-12, 400 eq wk 1-10, 50 anavar wk 7-13, with arimidex/clomid PCT) so I'm curious as to your progress. Oh, I'm also going with the same lab as you, so I'm even more interested to say the least.

(Currently 31yo, 6'-3", 220lbs, ~14%BF)
 
All is well!

I'm 34 days in:

strength gains are insane. Started benching 235 5X5. As of my last bench day I did 255 5X5. It feel like I can lift more as I get deeper into the exercise. Strongest sets are 3rd and 4th. I feel I can do more weight but I need to give my tendons used to the weight. Dont want to blow anything out.
Military press was at 205 5X5. Now at 235 5X5.

I eat pretty clean. I started at 185-190. I'm at 216 now. Weight started going up at the end of week 3. And I'm losing BF along the way. Starting to see striations in my shoulders and chest.
 
Into week 7 and feeling good. I'm at a morning weight of 209-210 from 195. I've been stuck at this weight for about 1.5weeks. I'm eating everything in site (all clean for the most part. I'm contemplating losing the clean kick and just eat anything. I just dont want to gain too much bf. I'm losing bf so maybe thats whats causing this plateau.

Strength gains are incredible. I'm up to 265 5X5 bench with 3 minutes or less between sets. Military press on a smith machine i'm up to 250 5X5. Started out around 205 maybe less. My shoulder are groing like crazy. Muscles pushing the veins right to the surface. Chest isn't growing as rapidly. Obviously a training issue.

My scalp itches like crazy. Lots of ppl recently either on this board or another i've meen on have the same prob. No hair loss though, just itching.

Whats your cycle look like L2L? What labs is your gear from?

If anyone has suggestions on chest routines and "mostly lean' bulking diets i'd love to hear! I think i may not be eating enough carbs. I'm getting as low as 110g some days and up to 300 others. When i eat more carbs it comes when i add a baked potato and other non-wheat starches. Mostly I eat oats and breads that arent "enriched".....all stone ground wheat.
 
Just caught this post. How's it going? I have heard good things about the Stallion products. Look like your diet is really clean. I usually eat about 3000-4000 calories when I am on and then worry about dieting down after the cycle. You could maybe follow the bulking cycle with a summer cycle of Anavar and Winny after you body comes back up to your natural levels from this cycle. I would try to pack on as much as you can while you are on.

AOK! I'm up 26 pounds at week 9. About halfway through I dropped the femera due to low BP. It was at 112/42. After dropping it, it went back up to normal (116/64ish). Just this week I started feeling bloated (mostly in the belly. I could still see abs, but they were pushed out. I added the fem back in at a lower dose of 1mg/day.

Strength is kinda crazy. I'm up to doing 280lbs 5X5 with 3 minutes in between each set. I do a full chest workout and don't really feel tired. I couple times i've started the workout over again with slightly lower weight.


Diet is still clean, with the exception of I've added baked potatos and more cheat meals. I plateaued with the weight gain. I've been thinking of starting a cutting diet. I'm 5'10" 221 ~13%bf. Even if I lose a little mass and get down to 8%bf I'll be happy. I have 7 more weeks left and I'm guessing, even with a cutting diet I'll keep or probably add more muscle. I'd like to end up at 200lbs.

I have enough gear to extend to week 20 (may 17). Sucks cus my PCT will start june 1st (i'll stop the eq week 19) and it'll go throughout the summer. I've gotten acne from clomid last time I used it. Maybe I should stop now, do my pct from march 26 - april 18. Then maybe add a cut cycle throughout the summer?? What do you guys think? Until I decide, maybe a couple weeks, i'm gonna drop the test from 500mg to 250mg/week.
 
Shit, 26lbs is some serious gains even if you have picked up a couple % of BF. I saw from the beginning of the post that it looked like you cycle was going to be 12 weeks. Were you planning to run it for 20? I personally like to be on something light over the Summer - like Anavar. I like to do some recreational drinking with friends and like to have leaner look without having bruised poke marks on my body. I think part of deciding when to come off is when you are mentally ready. I typically run mine from 8-12 weeks and then PCT. If you are still making good gains you migt want to keep going. If you are somewhat stagnate, you might want to come off and leave some time for a Summer cycle. Just my thoughts.

BTW, what did you end up running for a cycle? Sounds like you made some modifications to it along the way.
