12 week summer cutter

a 12 week var run isnt going to be that detrimental to the liver, guys blow that kind of thing WAY out of proportion...now of course we know nothing of this guy and maybe he is a recovering alocholic or something but your everday person and 12 weeks of var isnt going to make their liver fall out when they take a shit, come on now......

as for the guy who wrote the post you will do fine with that cycle and dont forget that most of it has to do with diet and cardio more so then what your taking....manipulate your cals as you go.....good luck bro :)
 
me personally would run if your looking for a cycle that has minimal sides and easy to recover from. which i take it is why your avoiding test

weeks 1-12 primo
weeks 8-14 var

i think that would be better for you personally i dont like eca or clen dont really like the sides but if you want to run them, then do it like this:

weeks 1+2, 5+6, 9+10, 13+14 clen
weeks 4+5, 7+8, 11+12 ECA

Just do the cardio things, and get the diet dialed in............

Exactly! Get your diet right and diet/cardio for 6 weeks. Lose 1-2 lbs a week. Then after about 6 weeks it gets harder, do clen 2 weeks, eca 2 weeks, clen 2 weeks eca 2 weeks. You are 14 weeks down the road, could easily lose 20 lbs the right way and didn't have to abuse your hpta.

why primo? do you think lm gains are better with primo? ive read var can make u gain 10 lb of lm in 8 weeks, seems more than enough gains for lean muscle mass. any comments?
 
Primo is relatively weak for muscle building, however it has been noted for its ability to retain muscle on a reduced calorie diet.
 
only reasoni suggested primo was cos it is mild the hwole idea of using ass on a cut is too maintain muscle bulk and primo would do that. it would minise sides that can be assosiated with test and the dude said he was 50 so im taking it he wants to miise sides hence why he suggested var. but IMO for such a prolonged cycle and injectble is the way foward and i think primo being the most mild and lesat suppressive is the drug of choice here.

I want to thank everyone for their suggestions. No, Im not a recovering alcoholic with a damaged liver, and yes , the reason for the AAS was to maintain strngth and muscle while losing wt. Guys at 50, the metabolism slows down a bit, the recovery is slower and the joints (after yrs of sports) arent what they used to be... On the otherhand, Im not trying to be Mr O either. Want to mauntian my hair, my nuts and have fun in the gym.
Ive never tried Primo. Its really more mild than VAR? thanx again.
