12 week cycles- A do or don't issue???

I wanted to get everyones opinions on 12 week cycles. Is it too long to be shut down, overkill, waste of time, or have any of you had success with it. I wanna try it but I also want to have my cyle mapped out before I start. Thanks!


33 - 5-9 - 180 - 7 % bf - 4th cycle - 10 years training


This Cycle

Week AS Dosage

1-4 A-Bombs 50mg/day/35 days

1-12 T/enant 500mg/week

1-12 Deca 600mg/week

2-12 Proviron 1 1/2 - 25mg pill/day

I ran my first two at 8 weeks and it seemed to me right at the end I started to see the great gains......so my last one went 12 weeks, and I've never made gains like this before....I got to the goodie in the cycle and kept going....and I'm keeping my gains from base up, so I'm happy.
 
right now im tryin a 12 week test enth cycle with prop/ tren to kick it off and also to end it.

like this:
enth 400wk 1-12
prop 100/tren 75 ed 1-4
same dose prop/tren 10-14

i also have only done short cycles and wanted to see how this would work. put on a lot of weight and strength the first month, kept it all through. starting prop/tren again next week to see how it goes.
 
12 weeks seems like overkill to me. I find 8 weeks is more than enough.

Try an 8 weeker, try a 12 weeker... se which yields more gains for you. I think after 8 weeks, I find it is a complete waste of gear.
