12 pounds in 2 weeks!!

i have been on my bulking diet for 2 weeks... i went from 5'9 170
14%bf to 182 pounds. i know that it is not muscle but mostly water, but how much water? and is any of those 12 pounds muscle? ihave been following everyones advice and just been eating like a horse, around 4000 clean cals a day.i am very worried about putting on too much fat during my bilking phase becase last year i was a major fat ass at 230 pounds. i have been eating and training hard to keep muscle but loose fat for the last year. so my question is will i get fat again if i am eating clean cals but lots of em?
 
you sound like the kind of guy that gains real easy. If you are on no AS and you gained that much, a lot of it is probably fat. It is real hard to turn that much weight to muscle in that time without AS help. But, its hard to tell without seeing you. I think you are on your own in this one, pinch your fat, if it is more than it used to be, then there is your answer. I commend you though, i wish it could gain 12 pounds in 2 weeks. Even if it is fat, you can always work it off. Remember though, even if you are eating clean, calories are calories, the body will do what it is genitically engineered to do. You can eat as clean as you want, but if you have a slow metabolism, then those extra calories will be stored as fat, where as someone who has a high metobolism will burn them off or shit them out. Hope what I wrote is of some help, otherwise, at least it will give you something to read since i am the only one to reply so far.
