Flat Bench: warmup: barx15, 95x10, works sets, 135x3, 185x3, 225x1, 245x1, 265x1 (PR! ) , 275x1 (got stuck halfway up, FAIL), 275x1 (stuck on chest, FAIL)

Rack Lockouts (for the first time): 225x3, 315x3, 365x3, 405x3
(all were easy until the 405.. my forearms felt it!)

Incline Bench: 135x8, 155x8, 185x4 (PR ), 185x4
(always had problems with incline because of my shoulder.. felt great today)

Machine Fly: 80x8,80x8, 90x6, 90x6, 100x6
(all slow and easy)

Sorry I couldnt make it today rob, 405 on lockouts youre so fucking weak
 
I was suprised with myself as well.... ill be working on these and close grip.. i hope this will get me out of my sticking point.

If you are locking out that much in relation to full range pressing I don't think tris are even close to being a weak point, but I'm no expert. Anyone else think this?

That's a very good point.. but its odd that i get stuck halfway.....
