Tried 90mg ED for a week, much more sides (irritability, acne) - little if any extra effect.
This agrees with the opinion that the highest worthwhile dose is 40mg, with 20mg being the optimal 'value-for-money' dose. I'm now of the opinion that any more than 40mg ED is just throwing money down the toilet.
I'm gonna try to get hold of that German research to back this up.
I think the commonly passed around advice of 40 - 60mg ED is too high and a waste, and not based on experience.
For the last two weeks of my cycle I'm dropping back to 20mg ED.
