I put these up in the training and anabolic forums but thought I might as well toss a few up here as well. I was tested at 9% bf the day these were taken, 10 weeks till the show

the diet is just really clean, chicken, egg whites, tuna, baked potatoes. As for supps, I was stacking the ECA stack with yohimbine, have switched to clen for 2 weeks then will go back to the same stack again

so you're not getting any fats in your diet? I was kind of under the impression that a minimum amount of fats is necessary. I could be wrong though.

how many calories are you taking in?
 
I forgot to add I take 6 table spoons of the EFAs (flax as well as the other essential fats) a day too, total calories I dont know
 
they only measure 18 1/2 cold, 19 1/2 pumped, my small frame and muscle shape makes them look much bigger
 
just under 5'9"

thanks. I would have to say the 5x5 has been the most successful routine that I've used for putting on mass

eurorides, the clen did work well but I still prefer the ECA stack
 
Bro I must say that i would have guessed your arms to be at least 20", but damn 18 and a half! Well, that's still a good size though. I've had my arms pretty close to that and they didn't look as big as yours. Just curious, how small are your wrists? Mine are 7" and I also have a small frame, I think anyway. Anyway, you look great. You could probably bring up the calves though, not to flame you, it's just they look small compared to your arms. I have the same problem.
