SO 5 DAYS YOU ARE DEPLETING AND 2 DAYS CARBING AS MUCH FAT AS YOU LIKE BUT KEEP CARBS UNDER 30 GRAMS PER DAY DURING 5 DAYS .. YOU WILL NO FART DURING THE WEEK ,NO SUGAR CRAVINGS AND NO HUNGER PAINS LIKE CARBS DO IT MAKES YOU STRONG AS A OX ... BY DOING THIS DIET YOU PUT YOURSELF INTO KETOSIS.
