10 to 15lb cycle and keep help!

I want to gain about 10 to 15lbs and keep it, so nothing that will retain water! I need some suggestions. Im 6' 174lbs right now, benching 270lbs powercleaning 250. I want to add definition to my abs big time, and arms would be nice too. i wanna get cut, loose a little body fat too. I want the safest thing I can possibly use with little to no water retention. I had ben considering a winstrol only cycle but had read its not effective. Ive got about 300 bucks I can bust. A short halflife would also be nice but I dont need a UA or blood test for at least a year or so, just got a physical today. Up untill now ive only used creatine, protein, hydroxycut and ecdy, so prety natural basicly. Im consuming about 150-200 grams of protein a day so that shouldent be a problem. Id appreciate any suggestions! thanks!
 
to gain and keep 10-15 lbs will be based on your diet....my suggestion a tren/var or Tren/Test as you do not have enough $$ for var, run with ldex and ndex and there will be little to no water retention and should cut u up nice
 
As Johnny Cut has suggested a test/tren cycle would be nice but you may carry some bloat.

Anavar is another option, but you may need another $100 or so.

I dont wanna use test because of the bloating, and anvar is suposto be harder on your system then winny. I was thinking of cycling with just winny but is there anything else I would need to use? or could combine with it? ive read its not good to combine orals, anything else I need to do besides include high protein diet w/lifting and running?
 
Christ reccomending tren to people on their first cycle?

Test will give you temporary bloat take dandelion root next the end of your cycle to cut bloat down. I do reccomend you search on here about A.S use more before touching it.

And keep it basic with low dose for your first cycle,and get all your shit together first(diet,sleep,training)

nope im not planning on jumping right into it, ive been readin up on gear for about 2 weeks, i want to find a good cycle that most people think will be safe and help me get what I want done and make sure I know everything about it that could happen. It just seems like as soon as i get done reading about somthing i find out that somthing else may be better
 
My first cycle was sust @500mg/week for 8 weeks. I gained a total of 29 lbs, 23 of which I kept. Only sides were acne. Good luck!
 
IMHO test and tren is far from "the safest thing i can possibly use"an EQ cycle at 5 or 600mg per week would give the results you are looking for without the sides of test/tren, water, hairloss,fina dick,prostate problems.
 
i would suggest staying away from any test because of the water retention. i would suggest 300mg of deca a week and taking 200mg of Eq every 3 days for 10 weeks. if you wanted to get some initial gains right off the bat i would take 500mg of sus250 for the first 2 weeks. best of luck

Please dont take this as a flame or anything else bro, but at 6' 174 pounds, i think there is still a lot more growing that u could do naturally..ur strength is pretty impressive at that weight however..If u do decide to cycle tho just know that it will be hard for u to gain the 15-20 pounds while at the same time obtaining definition and dropping ur body fat..

Make sure your diet is in check b/c gear alone will not make u grow except for water weight... U say u want to stay away from test b/c of the water retention, but u could try throwing prop in b/c u should retain less water with that, and keep ur doses in moderation.

Make sure u have done all ur research, run ur source through a mod here, or other well respected bro's that know whats up

Oh no not a little bloat from test:bawling:

this is a man's game take the small temporary side effects and do it,but do it right for christ sakes.

I spent two years reading before I took anything.Im not saying it takes that long to learn but there are many aspects of the game that must be taken into consideration and I believe you should know them before you take something that can harm you.

you should read more and you will see what a good cycle is and what is safe.

What does bloat have to do with gaining 10-15lbs? Not like your gains are going to be washed away with the water retention once you come off.

I'm doing an 8 week Sust cycle right now, and expect to put on 15lbs and retain all of it post cycle. This cycle should push me right up to near my maximum weight that I can sustain; hopefully I'll be a happy camper after this.

I usually dont call people on shit but taking 500mg of sust for the first two weeks will do shit,it is a long acting ester that just begins to work around that time,prop would be ideal because of the half life but certainly not sust.

All I ask is that people know what they are saying before they post because we dont need newbies getting anymore bad info than they have
 
Honestly the strength gains are not a big matter to me, I feal comfortable with my strength, i just want to cut up and add some definition, maybe build my abs a little stronger, my arms dont look that big. Everyone was prety surprised at the weight I was putting up because I dont look near that strong, so I proably have minimal slow twitch muscles and am getting most of my pump from the fast twitch. Anywho, I mainly want to cut body fat, i was just saying adding 10 to 15lbs would be nice, I was actualy looking to loose 10lbs for track season because I thought I could possibly shed that much fat but now im thinking I dont have 10lbs of fat to shed, maybe 5 that I could loose fairly easily
 
if you want to cut up just run a cutting diet and increase cardio,Gear doesnt make you cut your diet and cardio amounts do.
10lbs of lbm isnt unreasonable for a test/dbol cycle,you can take a mild diruetic after the cycle to lose the water faster
 
temptest, ok first of all, at your size you should still be making gains naturally. However, it is your body, do with it as you will. If you feel that you must start juicing at this point (I probably started too soon myself), first continue to do research on it. Second, get a body composition test. This is not intended as a dis, however, I constantly hear from one guy or another that he has virtually no body fat when he is clearly 15%+. If you need to "increase definition in your abes bigtime" as you say, then let us assume that you are 14% bodyfat (below average but nowhere near sporting a ripped 8 pack). That means you have a lean body mass of about 150 ibs. It also means that you have about 24 ibs of body fat. If you want to have a nice set of abes you probably need to be about 6%. At your current weight, you need to drop about 14-15 ibs of fat.
$300 is not going to allow you to do a primo/anavar cycle, so stick to the basics. Were I in your situation test enathate would be a prudent choice. Frontload 800 mg the first week, and run 400 mg for the next 9. Keep some liquidex on hand in case the bloat becomes excessive or your nipples get a bit too sensitive and follow up with h c g and liquidex post cycle. Yes you will retain a little water, however your goal is to look more impressive afterwards, so you are trying to gain a little extra size and lose a fair amount of bodyfat. If you train intelligently & your diet is correct you should be able to lose 10+ ibs of fat and gain a fair amount of lean mass since this is your first cycle.
Again, before you start, please continue to do research on steroids, their side effects, training, nutrition etc. Good luck bro.
 
Test/Dbol will definitely add 15+ lbs. But you don't need all that at your weight you have a lot of growing yet to do.

Maybe 500mg of test weekly, with nolvadex and clomid on hand. Do some cardio, eat high protein and moderate to low carbs and you should be able to gain some lean mass while losing a little fat.
 
I don't think trying to front load a cycle with sustanon is the greatest idea. If you took 500 mg sust, you would only be getting 60mg of test propionate(the only fast acting ester in sust) I feel that for front loading purposes 100 mg of test prop. every other day would work great. Probably the first 3-4 weeks is enough. Test and deca are a good and fairly safe stack, if taken in reasable dosages.
 
whatever you go with, dont forget to account for clomid and nolva at the very least. plus you should account for pins, having both drawing and injecting pins. after shipping and whatever else may occur your down to at least $200 or so.

this game isnt cheap, theres lots of risks, and AAS doesnt make getting big and strong easy. it helps but it takes lots of hard training and food food food. but im sure you already knew that. good luck bro.
