I got 2 questions for you guys..

i am 5 10 220 ... decent muscle but probably too much fat..

1. If the only real shit i am able to get my hands on is dbol..what should my diet look like.. The idea would be to gain muscle and at the same time not gain any additional fat..

2. how many 10 mg dbols should i take a day? I only have 200 for the time being..

If it's your first time try 3 per days spaced out, every 3 to 4 hours. If you don't get results on that work your way up to 50 mgs also spaced out every 3 hours. As far as diet, you won't get fat from the dbol, really but most use it to bulk up, so they eat tons of calories which you need for growth. If you eat lots of good calories with high protein, you'll put on weight but not too much fat. If you're concerned with bloat, acquire some arimidex too.

Try eating 6 meals a day, including mrp's and also protein bars, moderate your carbos, so they don't store as fat. But, the dbol will cause a bloated look normally which will go away post cycle. But, if you don't follow up with some type of test, you will lose most if not all of the gains made from just dbol. Keep looking around and try and get a real stack together before you get going. No sense, in just fuccin around, with dbol IMHO.
 
I'd start with two pills a day, one in the morning and one pre-workout or around dinner time. If you're worried about bloat, you can take clomid throughout your dbol and for me, that seemed to keep the water away. I was only taking 20 or 30 mgs of dbol and 50 mgs of clomid a day.
