i originally was going to do a 5 day fast, but since the first 2 or 3 days are the hardest i figured i would keep it going


plus it cut down on grocery bills


i want to do a 14 day or 20 day next.

Now that people are starting to realize how beneficial it is for health, recovery, and repair more and more people will be using this. If it fits your goals of staying lean and healthy then fasting might be a great option for you. Really do your research though and start off slow with 24 hour fasts. You need to work up to something long like a 10 day fast.......its not something you just jump right into.

I really think that fasting is a good thing to do. At least to try it out is a really nice idea - to get the feel of it, and to get your diet straight. Believe you me - after spending 10 days without eating anything, it will be really easy to just limit your food intake.
