10% bf or less year round

just curios how may of you fellow EF bros try to keep the bf under 10% year around? the first time while "on" and traing that i was over 10% was when i hit 250..... just staying at below 10% year around can be tough....
 
im about 13-15 most year, I cut up some times to get under 9% about twice a year, then I get sick of ckd, as long as I can see top 4 abs good im fine

sick of diet, i just adapt to it, after 3 weeks cutting all bad shit out it is easy......tuna and sun flower seeds is a treat
 
I usually don't go over 10%. Not that I make a concious effort or anything, it just works out like that. Right now, I'm eating everything that doesn't eat me first. I'm trying to get to 205 before Jan 1. Currently 193.
 
I was up around the 16% mark not too long ago, and I'm currently sitting at about 9-ish. However, I only weigh like 185, so obviously it's easier for me to stay lean than it would be for you @250 lbs.

I may go over 10% the next time I bulk, but I'd much rather add muscle slowly and keep my leanness. Being fat suckssssssss....
 
This time of year probably around 15%, I am surprised it aint' higher as I am eating everythign in sight and still have slowed down in the weight gain dept.
 
Yeah I don't like to go under 16%, because then I can't do my nifty belly-roll trick.

I stay right around 10 or lower yr rnd. Summer wanna look good and winter gotta stay in shape for snow.
 
I try to be around there in the summer. In the winter I like being fat and eating everything in sight.
 
I try to stay under 10% but I dont remember the last time ive been that low, lowest in the last yr or so was 12%

and back to reality I like the 13-14% area
 
I don't try to go super low, I think it would be counter productive... Maybe just above, I never have less than 4 abs, and mostly part of 6 too... though I think hydration and water levels have a bigger effect and vary alot more than my fat level does....

true even while at 250 and my waist was huge ( d bol bloat) i still had my 4 upper abs
 
My weight is all over the place throughout the year. Right now I am like 12%, with top 4abs showing.

I ate pizza and non-protein burgers today.

I don't have the gens to stay that lean year round. I've put on nearly 40lbs since i stopped cutting lol.

Unless I am bulking specifically for a show - I stay around 10ish all year.

Eat 1-1.5 grams protein per pound
0.5-1.00 grams carbs

I am no longer a professional athlete for one. I thought if I made the NBA that I might use with the help of a strength coach...etc...etc... I did not make the NBA. "Sauce" would not get me into the NBA. If I made it however, it may have helped keep me there for injury preventative purposes. Didn't happen. I have nothing but time now. Lets see how far I go........................

You would be suprised if you had an idea as to how common "sauce" is on the pro level. Just bc you can't see the muscles doesn't mean the "sauce" isn't used.

I really never understood the use of "sauce" unless you are a professional athlete.
 
10-11% from after Thanksgiving until end of March...(at 270 + pounds) rest of the year it's anywhere from 5-9% I shoot for 5-6% for the whole month of July and most of August......but that gets real hard to do as I get older....this summer it will likely be 7% ......:(
