Well my gym membership is due next month which means what have I accomplished in my 1 year of training?
I started there weighing 217lbs.
I now weight 220lbs
During the year I went up to 245lbs(roids) and down to (dieted)215lbs.
I mostly trained 3 days per week low volume and reps.
What have I learned? My arms have not grown.. actually I dont think there is a measureable difference in my bodyparts!
Hmmm this seems like a yearly thing as of late... no results or just minimal results..I blew up with roids and felt great!
I have some major thinking to do in regards on how I am going to train next year..
any advice?
