Fonz. I cant believe nobody questions the reccomendations for these. One 0.5mg tablet is over 20 regular tablets of standard 20mcg tabs! Plus as you said the ketofen increases the sensitivity of the receptors as well.
I've reccomended for people to crush and dissolve the tabs (in whatever solvent they choose that will work) and figur out a concentration and dose accordingly.
Tachycardia is a major issue as you said but also hypertension as well. That's all someone who is on cycle who has borderline hypertension from a shitload of androgens needs is to take the equivalent of 25 clenbuterol in one day or even at a time if they swallow the whole goddamned tablet.
Maybe he should have some Atenolol or other beta blocker in there or with it . Im surprised that no one has had a stroke or landed in the hospital from these.

Either that or we he is a MUTANT. My friends GF is this way.She has taken the 200mcg tablet all at once and just felt a little jittery. I took 1/4 tab and was jacked for 6 hours.
