Just finished my third week of 1-test/4-AD.
I put 3 grams in bottle of Andro Spray and used 10-12 sprays twice a day. Also took 300mg of 1-test orally.
Only gained about 5-6 lbs, but lost a little b/f, and feel a little harder.
Strength has increased on all lifts as well as muscle endurance.
Monday did my previous 1 rep max on leg press for 3 reps.
Getting toward end of week 4 and I have run out of orals. I will continue spray 2-3 times a day for a couple more weeks and see what happens.
