I honestly love the gels bpdaddy. They were really doing really well for me when I was taking them, however I had to stop due to abdominal (hernia) surgery. I'm out of the gym for a month recovering, so am giving my body a break on the hormones. But can't wait to get back (I'll probably do the 1-T's alone again). This is my favorite PH product hands down, and I am not just saying that.

It has been out for several weeks now though, and a lot of great feedback is starting to come in. There are a few good posts on a couple of the other boards if you look around.

I was going to go Avant next, but you convinced me to go 1-T. BUT, you think you should cycle 1-T alone and not with Boldione? It would be cheaper :-D

What doesage you recommend a day?

It makes a good stack with Boldione, as this PH adds a little estrogen to the cycle, which is absent with 1-T. But I myself found 1-T to be very effective alone, and will be doing it without any other PH's for my next cycle, as soon as I'm back in the gym. If you are concerned with cost this is fine.

If you stack it, I'd go with 4 Boldione and 6 1-T per day. If using the 1-T alone, 8-10 per day would be a very effective range.

Well I think I'll go at it your style, alone. Whn is the best time to take them? Like 2 before WO, 2 After WO, 2 lunch, 2 diner, 2 B4 bed sound right?

Timing is not crucial, as delivery is much slower when through the lymphatic system. Just take it with meals, at least 2 or 3 times per day, and you will be in good shape..

I promise Par, I will do a Avant Cycle. Just wanting to see if I can get your stuff cheaper. I would have bought the beta ONE, buit your all out

Hoping you get more distributors to drop the price a bit, I have a family to support man. For the current prices I could do a AAS cycle. Thanks for feedback though, I appreciate all you do, Pat, and Bill. You guys definately ROCK!!!

Question...

I am cycling 1-AD on a 6 week cut cycle...what would be the best way to take the ethergels? On a bulk phase, cutting phase or would not matter? I mean they way they are designed to give you an anobolic effect, which help aid it, feeding your muscle on a bulk phase? Any thoughts on this anyone?
