1 long cycle or 2 short?

After running my 12 week test E last winter as first real cycle and getting good results, I'd like to get input to see if I should do again this winter (probably with a dbol kickstart), or space out 2 cycles of test P for 6 weeks each (never tried test P before). What would you do?

Its all in prefrence on what you like and works for you, some like long cycles and others short. Try both and see what one works for you and how you respond.....test-p hurts unless you find the painless test-p..

I agree with 2diezel... Most people seem to like longer cycles where i like shorter ones. Just need to figure out which works better for you.

I like shorter cycles. I did one this winter of Tren/test p/eq etc... for 12 weeks. After week 8 I didn't grow anymore, my balls shrunk and it was hard as hell to recover. This last time I did a similar cycle, sans the eq, hit it hard and grew just as much if nor more in 6 weeks followed by a two week taper. I'm guessing I'm gonna have an easier time recovering and, like I said, I grew just as much, if not more.

I think the reason I like short cycles is because I go in and hit it hard in the gym, bulk hard with food, and just general overall high intensity kind of guy. I get burnt out, even on bulking/cycling after two months!!

I thought I was the only one that liked the shorter cycles. Glad to hear some other people do too!! I have the same problem. After about week 5 i quit growing and gaining and its so much harder to recover on them longer cycles and i almost crash. Seem to lose so much water weight i'd get horrible cramps which destroyed my workouts and I just couldn't maintain my weight nearly as well as shorter cycles. Tried all different kinds of PCT and didn't matter much.

Both have their place. Of course as you all have pointed out, the halflife of the AAS you are cycling must be considered. I don't do short cycles anymore. Too old I suppose. Long cycles with proper HCG usage and PCT work best for me now. In my 30's short cycles worked nicely and allowed me to switch up to meet my needs at that time. Greater flexibility with short cycles.

time on = time off is still a spot-on methodology!

Agree on the flexibility for meeting needs. The trick is, is to switch your esters every 4-6 weeks due to saturated receptors, gotta keep your body guessing.
