1 cycle a year idea.

I have been thinking alot lately on how to get the best possible results with my cycling. I dont want that yo-yo results where I gain than lose, and on and off it cant be healthy.
So I am gonna do one cycle a year,a long one and this is what I have in mind. Its basically a "blast & cruise".

1-8 500mg test e
1-8 700mg npp
1-5 50-100mg drol
9-11 250mg test e+clomid and nolva
12-19 700mg test p
12-19 350mg tren a
12-15 50mg dbol
20 350mg test p

I have hcg,ari. And clomid and nolva for pct.

I just had to share this. Any input is welcome.
 
i am guessing you have used tren and deca before in the same cycle and you are not expecting prolactin issues

i wouldn't bother running the clomid and nolva mid cycle as your hcg will take care of that, nolva isn't the best for gyno from nandrolones so you might want to use a ai considering the length of this cycle


week 9 - 11 250mg test e ?

3 weeks of a low dose, i don't know if it's worth it personally

i'm no expert but you are using tren a and npp which are both short estered and work good in short cycles. i would prefer to do two short cycles with good pct's, get bloodwork done in between to check your recovery. the idea that your recovery will be better from this long cycle over two short cycles within twelve months is sketchy at best. two short cycles followed by the right pct would be better than this cycle imo
 
test prop im guessing 20- 52? you're going to feel like a pin cushion injecting eod for 32 weeks! yikes.

Training exp:2 years

Not planning on hrt anytime soon. This cycle ends at week 20,then Im off rest of the year.
The plan is 6-8 weeks on and cruise for 2-3 weeks then on again full blast for another 6-8 weeks. Unconventional yes maybe,but the way im doing it now doesnt get me nowhere.

The plan is 6-8 weeks on and cruise for 2-3 weeks then on again full blast for another 6-8 weeks. Unconventional yes maybe,but the way im doing it now doesnt get me nowhere.

I like it but that's going to be a hell of a lot of muscle to hold onto with natural test lvs..

maybe (if you MUST pct..) include low dose hcg the rest of that year? 250 iu a week or something? make you supra-natural yet restored ball wise..
 
I like this cycle, but watch your prolactin levels with that npp and fina-a. I can tell you thought about that point because of the 4 week gap between those two compounds. Just keep on a regular hcg schedule or you can kiss the majority of your gains bye bye. The one thing that bothers me about this stack is that you are really putting a strain on your liver. I recommend heavy liver support supplements and at least 1 1/2 gallon per day consumption of water. Keep us informed every couple weeks on your gains and more importantly, your health.

Sounds fair enough. Its not set in stone I may change the compounds,but this is the set up.
Hcg yes,gonna use it when needed. i didnt get flamed ha ha. This is why I like yhis board you know. Gonna do a log when I begin,feb or mars.

your not gonna be very happy with this layout..blast and cruise leaves a longer downtime then 3 weeks...6 weeks is when you can up the dose again...if you dont wait that amount of time your 2nd part of the cycle the results will be very minimal
 
Ok. Better to do 6-8 weeks on and 6-8 weeks off then? Doing low dose test,hcg,ari then serm pct in the cruise part? Isnt this called back2back cycling?

Hayez, I see your back on a NICE looking cycle. Good work...

Niightz, I know it is unorthodox, yet I have been reading from a few top national competitors that they use something similiar to this protocol. They will actually take their entire off-season totally clean to let their bodies recouperate and receptors cleansed. Then they hit it hard for 6 months straight and end with the competition. 6 months on, 6 months off. Sure they shrink in the off-season, but the excess clean cals + magic sauce for 6 months lead to muscle growth and fat loss.

I wouldn't do it though until I already built up a big enough frame of mass. Plus 6 months is a long time to be on and I'd worry about the vitals....eh oh well, you should have some great gains bro!
