1 body part a day?

Guys i heard if you wanna put on size to do one body part a day is this true and if i where to do 1 part a day what order should i do it in?
 
It is true, when I first began training 4 years ago, I tried to do it all every other day. Overtraining. didn't get bigger or stronger- did loose a lot of fat though. It's not too hard to plan out your work out with one body part a day, but this is the wrong forum for this discussion, try the training forum.
 
I made my best gains off of doing a routine like that.
Here is how my routine is:

Mon. Back, Hamstrings
Tues. Chest, Calves
Wed. Quads
Thurs. Delts, Traps
Fri. Bi, Tri

This way I work out one part a week and I've been growing really well. I used to work all bodyparts twice a week and it kept me really ripped but I could never gain weight. Hope this helps.
 
Hey bro, the best method is to experiment and find what works best for you. Everyone responds differently to different training. Try one extreme to the next. Good luck
