For anyone that has actually used it, when did you start noticing strength or size gains in your cycle? and how much per day were you taking at that time?
 
I personally am always a late bloomer with 1-ad. I usually wont start seeing gains in weight or strength until the end of my cycle...Now, sme of the guys i lift with get the same effects, where as some of the others see in almost instantaneous. Everyones body reacts differently do differnt things....

I USUALLY buy 2 bottles.
bottle 1 - 6 pills per day (2 morn, 2 lunch, 2 bed)
bottle 2 - 9 pills per day (3 morn, 3 lunch, 3 bed)

Sometimes i also do three bottles per cycle, but those times were kinda just experiments.....

what kind of results have you seen from the 6 per day...that is what im running ...

week 1 - 600mg/day 2/2/2
week 2 - 600mg/day 2/2/2
week 3 - 700mg/day 2/3/2
week 4 - 600mg/day 2/2/2

and if your strength came after the cycle was over, how long did that last?
 
My results with 1-ad are alwasy satisfying. My last cycle, i started @ 186lbs. The last day of my cycle my weight was 200lbs even. Its normal within a 2 week span of NOT being on a suppliment for your body to drop a little weight. So, they way i weigh in my results is by taking the weight i started the cycle at (186) and then subtracting that from my weight 2 weeks after my cycle is done (195 right now).
So i WAS up to 200...but i dropped about 5 lbs....(i work outside- very hot and humid, my eating habits diminised badly also)

So that last cycle, i gained 9lbs of solid weight. Strength gains are great. Bench went from 315lbs to 345lbs (3 clean). Although that is dropping slowly too. I got 325lbs up for 3 the other day but i was busting my balls doing so (max bench day).
Although benching is not the only proof of strength in weight lifting...but thats just to give a ruff idea....

i did a cycle of 1-ad and i had mild headaches throughout the day and acne on my shoulders and back. i didn't think the sides were worth the gains. i didn't see an increase in mass but in vascularity. went up 6 lbs on it.
