1-AD vs 1-test

Has anyone tried both? I was wondring about the gains and sides. Allot of people seem to find (including me) that 1-Ad makes them sleepy, and can sometims lower their sex drive! Does 1-test do that? Is it as effective as 1-AD?

I have used both One AD and One Test Ethergels. I found more sides with 1 AD but also better results. 1 AD did make me tired in the afternoon and evening, gave me weird dreams and bad acne on the upper back and shoulders. 1 test sides were minimal but didn' gain as much.

Did 2 cycles of 1 AD. Fisrt took 400mg a day and gained 12 pounds, kept bout 8 of it. Secnd cycle bumped it up to 600mg and gained about 7 pounds, kept 4 or 5. Strenght went up.

With 1 Test my strenth went up. I went from 90 pound dumbells on flat bench to the 110's in 3 weeks for both for 6-7 reps. I only gained about 4 pounds of muscle. However, The1 test was my 3rd cycle so it could just be that my body has become more used to it. Each cycle lasted about a month and a half and took 2 months off in between.

When you take 1 test in a capsule form yu get around 11-14% absorbed, with ethergel you get around 45%, and transdermal is the best option yet with the highest absorbtion. Whatever option you choose, do not fall for false promises such as those with T-Bomb.

The people selling the 1-test ether spend a huge amount of money on ads with the bold claims of absorption, based on rat studies using different compounds than 1-test ether. For a fraction of their advertising budget they could fund a HUMAN clinical study to actually verify their claims. But no, its much more fun to be a pretend R&D company than to actually walk to walk

This is true, and yes that is definetly a guess. This was posted by me awhile ago, and after alot of research and even talking to some so called "knowedgleable" people, i think that the whole so called ethergel technology is one more quick scam. Not to say that they dont work, or that the absorb. isnt better with an ethergel, but when an ad claims 45% absorb. over 7%, I really doubt it. In my opinion transdermal would be the way to go with 1test. 1ad and 1,4ad are exceptions, but for most other PHS i would suggest transdermal delivery. In my experience and many other peoples too, 1ad seems to be much better than the ethergels, but the ethergels also see to be much better than regular powder 1test, or even the enteric coating.
The whole problem with all of the absorb. rates, is they are mere postulents, they are just educated guesses. But I think most people would agree that transdermal delivery (except 1ad or 1,4) has been the most successful in terms of actual results.
