1-ad not doing the job????

Ive posted 8000 threads about 1-ad. I love the shit...ALWAYS have gotten great results from it...

Something is wrong though. I started another cycle about 4 weeks ago. The effect arent as strong as they have always been. the LEAST ive ever gotten from a cycle was up 8 lbs and bench up 15.

This time is different. Im STILL at 195lbs and my bench hasnt gone up much. 10lbs, maybe (i think my spotter was helping me out a lil too much...).

This time around, im working out harder, eating better, etc...and im not getting the results...not even close!!!

Whats going on???
 
My first cycle of steroids consisted of 240mg per week and I gained 12 pounds in two weeks. I would need a gram of drugs to see six to eight pounds in two weeks now. As you approach and exceed your genetic potential more drugs are needed to see the same effects.
 
well i take 3 a day on days i DONT lift....
I take 4 per day on days i DO lift...(2 before, 2 after)

Taking 3 bottles, on second now, im only stakcing the LAST bottle with andro...

Yeah I think you need to up the dosage a bit. Also, keep the dosage consistent on training and non-training days. You want to keep the levels in your blood as consistent as possible, not fluctuating from one day to the next.

When I did a 4 week cycle I dosed like this

Week 1 - 4 pills a day
Week 2 - 5 pills a day
Week 3 - 6 pills a day
Week 4 - 6 pills for 1st 3 days, 7 pills next 4 days

You need to go a little higher than the bottle's recommendations to see good results, especially if you've already done a couple cycles of it.
 
My current 1AD/4AD stack (including creatine at 10 grams on workout days and 5 on off days) has produced startling results thus far as I am in the middle of Week 3. I am a firm believer in this product, but reading about the water retention and puffiness that comes with the 4AD I wonder if I would be better off with just the 1AD starting next week. I haven't had any sides at all yet (knock on wood! No pun intended there either!) and am not worried about the bitch tits.

And is 6oxo a must once my stack is complete? Lastly, I've read on the board that Biotest Methoxy7 or whatever that is is garbage. Yet I also read it can be an effective "bridge" between PH cycles. Any thoughts on that possibility?

take at least 600 mgs a day bro. 200 mgs per dose. do one of them mimmediately after working out along with your shake. you'll see gains.
