1-AD and OXO

I needed to know if any of you bros out there have tried 1-AD and if I need to take an anti-estrogen with it. Also Im fairly new to cycling so any info would be appreciated.

Try a 4 week cycle. Yes, you should still take an anti-E post cycle.

I used 6-oxo for mine and was pretty happy with it
I also used during track season because it doesnt make test levels skyrock and it kept me lean and light

as far as cycling, everyone that I have talked to says timeon=time off, at minimum
even though I have seen people on here say 2 weeks off, and some say time on=2x time off
