Is it ok to take together? I am taking 400mgs of 1ad spread out through the day. I just want to throw in a stacker 3 just for pre workout only.I am also taking r-ala.

I wouldn't think it would be a problem, unless you had some pre-existing prostate issues. Both can be rough on that. Also, keep an eye on your blood pressure.
