I should be getting my 1-AD in any day now...just ordered one bottle, which according to the "normal" dosage should get me through a 3-week cycle...at some point (probably about mid way through) during that cycle, if things seem to be going well, I'll probably order another bottle so I can get it in before I'm done with the first bottle.
what I'm going to really, really try to do is chart my progress. I'll keep track of some key lifts (bench, squat, deadlift, dumbell bi curl, dumbell tri press and chins or something for back) and how I progress during the cycle...I'll also keep track of my BF and weight...I'm not going to make any other supplement or diet changes, so that should be held constant during this pseudo-experiment. I'll also take some before and after pics...I'm borrowing the digital camera, so not sure if I'll be able to do weekly updates with the pics, but I'll do as many as possible, and I'll try to keep a journal of overall body changes (i.e. allergies, emotional states, general feelings of well-being, etc.).
Should be interesting to see how my results stack up against some of the others here that have reported good results with 1-AD. For the record, I'm a 30 year old, late-to-the-iron game, hard-gainer that is looking for "legal" means to jump start my training...I've been at it for about a year and half with consistency, and made decent gains, but I want to try and get to the next level. We'll see if 1-AD is the ticket.
