If the PH was high and you were mixing it with some acidic juice (i.e. OJ) wouldn't it be ok anyway?

The ph on 1,4 should be ok, problems with real G ph come in when the person mixing the acid(gamm butrylactone) and the base(sodium hydroxide) dont have exact amounts of each, making the ph off. 1,4 should be fine since its not a product of an acid and a base. If whatever you are taking is too high in ph, add vinegar and recheck till you get ph 7-8.
