1,4 but. seized !

ok folks i thought 1,4 but. was legal to import & posses. mine came from the easy clearner store.

today i got letter from customs. it says :

this shipment contained items that were determuned to be an illegal importation. the us customs service has the responsibility to intercept & seize illegal items when they are brought into the us by any means. accordingly, the items were removed from the shipment & seized by the us customs service. the remaining items in this shiopment are being forwarding to you as they are not considered to be an importation contrary to the us customs &/or relatyed laws.

so, can anyone tell me the scoop on 1,4 & it's legality ? has something changed recently ?

I dont think that anything has changed, get in touch with customs and contest it, as soon as they find out that it wasnt G they may send it back to you, maybe not.

Customs has broad authority to seize pretty much anything they want. I personally wouldn't fight it, the odds of getting your cleaner back are pretty slim.

I just recieved an order from them 2 days ago, with no problem. But, last night I was reading that substances like 1,4 BD can fall under the GHB analog law. Basically any analog to ghb is just as illegal as G itself.

that place must be flagged, i have received GBL numeroud times in small quantities form an international source?
