09/18 Week4 Day3 ME Upper
Unfortunately we forgot the camera at home, so no videos today.
3 Board Bench Press with reverse light bands: 265x1
(That felt great. I had 10-20 more lb in me too, but decided not to go to absolute failure. That's the most that I have ever benched anything.)
Seated OHP with mini bands choked down: 135x3
(Easily had more in me on these too. Probably 10-20 again. No need to go to complete failure on every ME day, right B-fold?)
JM Presses: 95x2x3
Zot Presses: 15'sx2x10 (First time to ever do those, and I love/hate them.)
Seated DB Cleans: 35'sx4x8
Light band ab pull downs: 3x50 (really want to bomb my abs)
Had a good night. For some reason, puttinbuttin started talking in these really bad French accent when I was explaining to her what Zot Presses where. Apparently, according to her, you have to refer to them as, Ze Zot Presses (think Pepe Lepue as you read that).
I feel stronger every week. I've also gained more weight. According to the scales at the gym I'm up around 285. While, I know some of that is probably fat; I'm hoping that most of it is muscle.
