I am a first time poster... and require some advice on a cycle.
My stats are as follows:
Age 34
Height: 6ft
Weight: 200lbs
BF: 12% approximately
Training for 3 years regularly. Before this I trained on and off for 10 years.
Bench: 242lbs for 3 reps
Squat: 286lbs for 3 reps...
